Welcome to the Suffolk Residents Club at The Bell Hotel Saxmundham, a special discount scheme designed with our local community in mind. As part of our commitment to making The Bell Hotel a place for everyone to enjoy, we are delighted to offer our Suffolk residents an exclusive 10% discount on dining at the hotel. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before signing up for the Suffolk Resident Club.
Eligibility: This offer is open only to individuals who reside in Suffolk. Proof of residency is required at the time of discount card collection and may be requested upon use of the card. Acceptable forms of identification include, but are not limited to, a driver’s licence, utility bill, or any government-issued ID that clearly shows the applicant’s Suffolk address.
Membership registration: To become a member of the Suffolk Residents Club and enjoy the 10% discount, individuals must sign up through our exclusive benefits page and collect their discount card in person from The Bell Hotel Saxmundham.
Discount usage: The 10% discount is applicable each time a member visits The Bell Hotel Saxmundham for small bites, lunch, dinner, or afternoon tea. Members must either advise at the time of booking or present their discount card at the beginning of their meal to receive the discount.
Exclusions:
- The discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or discount
- The discount is not valid for special events hosted by or at The Bell Hotel Saxmundham
- The discount applies only to meals; it does not apply to standalone purchases of drinks unless part of a meal – are we offering this or just teas and coffees included with meals
- The name on the credit/debit card used for payment must match the name on the Suffolk Resident Club discount card
Discount card collection – Discount cards must be collected in person from The Bell Hotel Saxmundham. At the time of collection, please present a form of identification that verifies your address in Suffolk.
Changes and cancellation – The Bell Hotel Saxmundham reserves the right to modify or cancel the Suffolk Residents Club or these terms and conditions without notice. Such changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website or direct communication to club members.
No transfer – The Suffolk Resident Club discount card is non-transferable. It is intended for the exclusive use of the individual whose name appears on the card.
Lost or stolen cards – The Bell Hotel Saxmundham is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged discount cards. Members are encouraged to safeguard their cards as replacements may not be issued.
Privacy – Personal information collected from members at the time of sign-up will be used in accordance with our privacy policy, available on our website.
