As autumn sets in, we’re thrilled to unveil our new Autumn Menu, crafted to showcase the very best from our region. Every dish reflects our dedication to using fresh, locally sourced ingredients from trusted suppliers, celebrating the rich culinary heritage of Suffolk.

 

That’s why we’re offering starters like Parsnip and Honey Soup, Butternut Squash Ravioli with mascarpone, torched hazelnuts, lemon burnt butter, and crispy sage, or the irresistible Seared King Scallops with baby corn, Parma ham, and crème fraîche—each providing a mouthwatering beginning to your dining experience.

 

The new menu showcases a selection of main dishes that truly embrace the flavours of the season. Enjoy comforting options like confit duck leg cassoulet with spicy sausage, white beans, croutons, and parsley, or baked turbot with galette potato, Maltese sauce, sea greens, and capers. For vegetarian and vegan diners, the beetroot and pearl barley risotto with candied beets, red chicory, ricotta, and pine nuts is a delicious choice.  Of course, our menu still features beloved classics, including the renowned Bell cheeseburger with Darsham aged beef and Adnams battered cod.

 

Guests can finish their meal with our new poached pear Bakewell tart served with crème Anglaise or indulge in the sublime brioche bread and butter pudding with cherry, chocolate, and a generous helping of double cream.

 

The cocktail and wine list has also been updated to compliment the new delicious food menu items.
