As the leaves of autumn gently fall and a cool breeze fills the air, we are excited to introduce our new Autumn Menu, thoughtfully created to highlight the best our region has to offer. Our commitment to sourcing fresh, local ingredients from trusted suppliers is reflected in every dish on our menu, showcasing the culinary diversity of Suffolk.
That’s why you’ll find starters like the Baron Bigod & Rosemary Panna Cotta or the Tempura Fritto Misto, featuring Cod roe taramasalata, baby squid, tiger prawns, and mixed vegetables, all providing a delicious start to your dining experience.
The new menu features a collection of main dishes that capture the essence of the season. From the comforting Braised Ox Cheek with burnt onion & potato puree, pickled celery, radish, and grilled chicory to vegetarian options like the Roast Butternut Squash, Red Chicory & Spinach Risotto with Pecan vinaigrette, there’s something to suit everyone. And of course, classics such as our renowned cheeseburger with Darsham aged beef and Adnams battered cod remain on the menu!
Guests can round off their meal with our new Autumn Mess, featuring citrus curd, poached pear, blackberry & ginger syrup, glazed fig, and meringue, or the sublime American Style Bakewell Cheesecake with white chocolate shards, bubbled sugar, cherry puree, and boozy cherry.
The cocktail and wine list has also been updated to compliment the new delicious food menu items.
