The Bell Hotel Saxmundham recently had the privilege of hosting a pivotal conference for one of the largest employers in the East of England. This event not only showcased our hotel’s exceptional facilities but also our ability to tailor our services to meet the specific needs of corporate clients.

Transforming spaces for professional needs

Our Coast lounge was transformed into a functional and stylish conference room, accommodating the 13 delegates in a u-shape setup. This arrangement fostered an environment conducive to interaction and collaboration, essential for a successful conference.

Adjacent to the conference room, the Coach private dining area was perfect for refreshments, food, and coffee breaks. This separate space allowed delegates to relax and network in a more informal setting while still being close to the main event area.

Essential equipment

Understanding the importance of seamless presentations and discussions, we provided essential equipment including a flipchart, projector, and screen. These tools ensured that the presentations were delivered effectively, adding to the overall conference experience.

Exceptional catering for every taste

The Bell Hotel is renowned for its food excellence, and this event was no exception. Our kitchen team prepared a range of delicious options to suit every guest, ensuring that all delegates were well-fed throughout the event.

On arrival,  delegates were greeted with cold drinks and nibbles, including sparkling water, Coke, salted peanuts, breadsticks, and crisps.

The lunch buffet featured an assortment of delicious options:

  • Tomato and broccoli quiche
  • Cheese and chive quiche
  • Homemade vegetable samosas
  • Potato wedges
  • A selection of sandwiches (cucumber, salmon and cream cheese, tuna and onion)
  • Homemade sausage rolls
  • Homemade Custard filled doughnuts
