One of Suffolk’s newest hotels is shining a light on the importance of supporting local businesses. The Bell Hotel in Saxmundham has launched a new daily menu, which focuses on suppliers from around Suffolk.

Head Chef, Anthony O’Farrell and his team at The Bell’s Heath Restaurant drew inspiration from the abundant selection of fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Their creative expertise has resulted in a daily diverse menu that harmoniously blends global cuisine with the finest flavours of Suffolk, showcasing fresh meats, seafood, and cheeses.

I hold a deep appreciation for locally sourced ingredients when crafting any menu” said Head Chef, Anthony O’Farrell “I believe customers value knowing the origins of their meal’s components. Food is my true passion, and part of that passion involves supporting local suppliers and showing utmost respect for the ingredients. In Suffolk, we’re fortunate to have a rich array of nearby suppliers, and our daily menus at the Heath restaurant aim to offer a diverse range of flavours to satisfy every palate. “
