We provide essential equipment such as highspeed Wi-Fi, projector & screen, and smart TV with HDMI connection. to ensure that presentations are delivered effectively, enhancing the overall conference experience.

The Bell Hotel is renowned for its food excellence. Our kitchen team will prepare a range of delicious options to suit every guest, ensuring that all delegates are well-fed throughout the event.
On arrival, delegates will be greeted with cold drinks and nibbles, including sparkling water, Coke, salted peanuts, breadsticks, and crisps.
Lunch will feature a variety of delicious choices, including an array of sandwiches, homemade sausage rolls and desserts.
Our day delegate rate for this exceptional conference experience is £65 plus VAT.
