With the warmer weather and the welcome return of longer evenings, it’s definitely springtime in Suffolk!

Incorporating the best seasonal and local produce available, our menu now features exciting new dishes, including a range of starters. Options range from moules mariniére and the panko hens egg grilled asparagus spears, with spinach puree. BBQ Sutton Hoo chicken wings with mango and spring onion is also a highlight, offering a taste of traditional British flavours enhanced by the tangy bite chilli salsa.

As for the main dishes, seafood aficionados will love the pan fried fillet of hake with 0potato rosti, pea puree, wild garlic pesto- a dish that perfectly balances flavours. The pork belly accompanied by fondant potato, rhubarb & ginger puree, rainbow chard, is a pork lover’s dream. And f course, diners will still be able to enjoy some true classics such as the Bell Hotel cheeseburger and Adnams Ghost Ship battered cod and chips. And vegetarians and vegans need not worry, as the potato & herb gnocchi with red pepper puree, buffalo mozzarella and spinach is a flavourful vegetarian option that doesn’t compromise on taste or texture.

A dining experience isn’t truly finished until dessert, and our updated menu features several delicious new options to enjoy. Lemon Meringue Tart s a light and zesty option that pairs beautifully with with poached rhubarb, and the banoffee parfait with caramelised banana and caramel sable biscuit is a creative twist on a classic,. And of course we still have our favourite’s such as our chocolate brownie and crème brûlée,
